What kind of users use security software?
As a newcomer to the security field, I proactively created this mindmap to deepen my understanding of key user groups. This visual representation helped me identify their diverse needs, pain points, and motivations, informing my design decisions and ensuring user-centric solutions.

I thrive on brainstorming new products and reimagining existing ones, crafting storyboards that explore futuristic concepts and address the needs of our increasingly connected world. This example showcases my work with McAfee (Intel), where I was part of a core team envisioning the next generation of security solutions.
For me, this ideation phase is the most exciting part of the design process. It’s where we can freely explore possibilities, even the seemingly outlandish ones, to uncover user needs and spark innovation. From these initial concepts, we delve deeper, refining and combining ideas to create truly exceptional products.
Wireframes
As Windows 8 neared release, I proactively researched its new design patterns to ensure our applications aligned with the evolving user experience. Leveraging user research insights, I crafted detailed wireframes, serving as a blueprint for development. Throughout the project, I maintained open communication and collaboration with developers, content writers, and visual designers to ensure a cohesive and user-friendly final product.
